Dr Matthew Tan

BSc (Hons) (Singapore) MBBS (Sydney) GDAE Public Health (Singapore)

Dr Matthew CY Tan is a men's health doctor in Singapore with more than ten years of clinical practice, and a focused interest in men's health that has defined his career from the outset.

His practice spans men's health, medically supervised weight loss, and longevity medicine — three disciplines that, in his view, are inseparable. Hormonal health shapes metabolic function. Metabolic function shapes how men age. Longevity work, done properly, addresses all of it together. His clinical approach is grounded in rigorous assessment, honest consultation, and fostering long-term patient relationships.

His background in applied epidemiology informs how he reads risk — not as isolated numbers, but as patterns that develop over time and across populations. It's the lens through which he interprets screening data, tracks biomarkers, and builds plans designed to matter ten years from now, not just at the next review.
