How do I book an appointment?

Can I book on the same day?
Same-day appointments may be possible depending on availability — please call or WhatsApp us.
For urgent concerns, including potential HIV PEP, contact us immediately rather than booking through the website. Outside clinic hours, attend a hospital emergency department without delay.
Fees and payment
How much does a consultation cost?
Consultation fees vary depending on the nature and duration of the visit. If you attend for a consultation only, without proceeding to any tests or procedures, a standard consultation fee applies. Contact us for more details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash and major credit cards.
Can I claim Medisave or use insurance?
We are not on any insurance panel and do not accept Medisave at this time.
Privacy
Is my visit confidential?
All consultations are confidential. Your records are held in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and medical ethics obligations. Results and clinical matters are discussed directly — by phone or in person.
Will anyone know I visited?
Noumena does not contact patients unsolicited or disclose that you are a patient to any third party without your consent, except where legally required.
Referrals and scope
What if I need a specialist or a procedure not performed here?
Where a referral or hospital procedure is the right next step, Dr Matthew Tan will coordinate that directly and remain involved in your care. You will not be handed a referral letter and left to navigate it alone.
Do you offer packages or programmes?
No. Every patient is assessed individually and a plan is built from that assessment. Treatment follows the clinical picture — not a predetermined programme.
